Dare to Lead: Instructors of Dance Force Academy

Sheena Baskerville

CEO and founder of Dynamic Force, attended Columbia College Chicago, where she studied Dance and Marketing. She has over 20 years of dance training which include Jazz, Ballet, African, Modern, Tap, and Hip Hop. She is a professional Jazz and Hip Hop dancer who has performed not only all over the city of Chicago and surrounding areas, but in Los Angeles, New York and Barbados. She has choreographed, as well as, head coached various competitive dance teams in Chicago. Some of her credits include Robert Morris University, Jones College Prep High School and Perspectives Charter Middle Schools. She also was the founder of the professional theatrical dance company, Urban Dance Force. While busy working on opening her own dance studio, she currently works in Sports Marketing. She is an advocate for the performing arts and education. She continues to support the art of Dance through teaching and creating shows. She is truly inspired by today’s youth. She hopes to continue to grow her list of achievements and create a lasting legacy of excellence.

Chanelle Woods | Manager

Chanelle Woods is a graduate of Robert Morris University. She has been a part of various Chicago competition dance teams. She has studied Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop for over 15 years. Chanelle started her dance career with the theatrical performance company, Urban Dance Force.  She was also an apprentice with the Andrea Kelly Dance Theatre. She is currently directing children’s dance programs for local elementary schools. She recently pursued her acting career with local productions in the Chicago land area. She is thrilled to be a part of Dynamic Force and share her enthusiasm for dance and choreography.
